Do I have to add the Birkman?
No. The Birkman is entirely optional. You can join the Standard program and get tremendous value, or choose the Premium option if you want deeper personal insight throughout the experience.

You can ask questions between sessions through the community or email. Responses are provided during normal business hours and are intended to support implementation.
